Hi there, if we book the superior double room will it be one which is frescoed with paintings? We are really keen to book one of these for October.

Good morning we have two superiors, both of which are completely frescoed, we cannot guarantee which of the 2 will be yours but it will certainly be frescoed

The booking only states a queen bed, even if I said 2 adults plus a 15 yr old. Queen bed will not be sufficient. Can we get an extra bed at no extra charge? A crib will not work.

Good morning, the extra bed can be added but at extra cost, if the booking is for 3 persons, we add it at no extra cost, but if it is for 2 and you want, you pay for the extra bed.

Exceptional
Everything was great. We had smooth check in, the room was big and spacious, everything was clean. We had view to the street. Breakfast also good, small but all you need buffet.

Excelente
The breakfast was excelente and exceeded my expectatipns
The staff was extremely accomodating, there was an error in the booking and they fixed it right away without any extra charges, there was a smell on the room and they changed us immediately to another room. The hotel is near to the train station and all the main amennities of this beautiful city.

Very Good
Very good location, just a few minutes from the Duomo and the Palazzio Vecchio ! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Christina offered to personally watch over our bags while we went to a few museums after check out. Breakfast, a mix of western and europeean food, was amazing ! Although rustic, the bathrom was clean and the water pressure was good.
The only downside of this hotel is the noise, both coming from the street and the lobby. With jetlag, we slept like babies anyway, but it seems like a thing that could bother other travelers.
